2021 Porsche Macan Spied Camo-Free: Changes and Updates

The last time Porsche redesigned the Macan was in 2019, and we are expecting the 2021 model to receive minor tweaks inside-out. The 2021 Porsche Macan is a Compact SUV that inevitably combines sportiness, design, and feasibility. Porsche has started its production in 2014 and this car was a clear success for Porsche. Do you see something strange here? The vehicle is hiding just the taillights, but they are not the only new things here. No, the facelifted crossover is featuring a bunch of new details across the exterior styling, which is not odd at all because this is the mid-cycle refreshed 2021 Porsche Macan.

The SUV shows its new, pretty face which features a new grille and front bumper. The taillights are, as I said, still camouflaged, so it’s hard to figure out what’s changed. This is pretty much everything regarding the exterior, but let’s wait to see what the amazing crossover hides inside.

As far as we can see, the 2021 Macan has been influenced by the new Panamera. The influence will bring Porsche’s new PCM system, high-res touch-sensitive displays (two 7-inch displays and 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment), and high-end audio systems. There’s also a totally awesome range of standard driving systems such as Night Vision Assist, Lane Change Assist, Lane Keeping Assist, and Traffic Jam Assist. Of course, the luxury compact crossover will get new color options inside and out, as well as better quality materials across the interior.

The 2021 Porsche Macan will be mated to a range of incredible engines. In place of the current 3.0-liter turbo and 3.6-liter V6 engines, the crossover will most likely get 2.9-liter and 3.0-liter V6 mills. Both units are simply amazing, but they won’t power the topping option. No, this is going to be reserved for a plug-in hybrid powertrain which will combine the aforementioned V6 and an electric motor that’s mated to the transmission. The system has been available with the latest Cayenne, so we know it’s going to deliver 416 hp. As for the diesel-powered 2021 Macan, well, this is not going to happen – at least not in North America.
