REDESIGNED 2019 LAND ROVER DEFENDER GETS ALUMINUM BONES AND SEMI-AUTONOMOUS DRIVING

According to Autocar, the 2019 Land Rover Defender will arrive in late 2018. The 2019 Defender will use the all-new platform, which will contain aluminum, but it won’t be as other aluminum-based architecture. In addition, some rumors suggest that the redesigned Defender will be slotted between Discovery and Range Rover. This could be the case, but we are pretty much sure it will share the wheelbase with the Range Rover. Of course, it could have a shorter rear overhang, as well as notably higher ground clearance.
