Now we know where Infiniti plans to find the inspiration for the future models. Nissan’s premium brand has previewed the Infiniti Q Inspiration concept ahead of the official debut, which is going to happen in less than two weeks at the 2018 Detroit Auto Show.
The concept vehicle will really be the biggest inspiration for most of the future sedans. Moreover, the concept sedan could even be a pre-premiere for the new flagship model, which the Japanese carmaker desperately needs. Judging by the shots we have, the Infiniti Q Inspiration maybe just an evolution of the previous concept. We don’t know how do you see the car, yet the Q80 Inspiration from 2014 has a lot in common with the newest concept. Though, the upcoming sedan concept seems a bit simpler and charming. Still, Karim Habib’s signature is so obvious here, which is not bad, because he knows to create a gorgeous car without any doubt.
We would not be surprised if the Infiniti Q Inspiration concept comes in a pair with some kind of hybrid or even an electric powertrain. The carmaker will definitely continue flirting with electric technologies, although we highly doubt that the production flagship can get anything similar right away.
