2021 Lexus LC F: First Spy Shots and Details

It seems that Toyota’s premium department works on a really interesting car for the future. According to the latest reports, the model you are looking at is actually the testing prototype of the 2021 Lexus LC F. The nameplate is really long-awaited, so we can’t wait to see the production version. That, however, is not going to happen for another two years from now, because the carmaker has plenty of jobs to do before the official debut.

As for the prototype, well, the front end shows that the carmaker intends to use a mighty powertrain. That’s evident thanks to the large air intakes which are there to enable proper cooling off. In addition, the high-performance model shows the manufacturer’s distinctive grille, as well as a pair of quite aggressive headlights. In the back, the 2021 Lexus LC F will definitely feature the F-based exhaust tips, while we’ve also noticed a frame for a new diffuser.

The overall design shows the ultra-aggressive exterior design; plus the car sits very low to the ground. Still, that’s not everything that’s going to help the model to be fast and furious. No, the 2021 Lexus LC F also gets plenty of carbon fiber in order to shed weight and speed up the wild automobile.

Speaking of the wildness, the all-new LC F will rely on a twin-turbocharged V-8 engine, which will deliver around 600 horsepower. The mill will power all four wheels via a 10-speed automatic transmission. Of course, the model will use a track-tuned suspension, as well as a quartet of light-alloy wheels which are going to be paired with some beefy brakes and Michelin high-performance tires.
